Back to the womb

John 4:13-14 Jesus says “Anyone who drinks this water will soon become thirsty again. But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life”

Ever feel so tired and drained that it is impossible to see the light? You know, that metaphorical light that everyone talks about? The one that is symbolic of our will to move on? I sure have, and let me tell you having a new born baby gets you to that place a lot. Truthfully though, Ive been in darker times spiritually. In John 3, Jesus explains to Nicodemus about the spiritual birth. It made me chuckle when Nicodemus says in verse 4 “how can an old man go back into his mother’s womb and be born again?” He was so literal, but the important part of his question is that he was genuinely seeking Jesus and what He was teaching. None of us know what heaven is like, but we do have the ability to feel the Holy Spirit and that my friends is where you get the strength to see the light. Have you seen the light? Do you know the all powerful, wonderful love of Jesus Christ? if you’ve never known it please reach out, and let me tell you about my Jesus. If you’ve know it and you feel as though you’ve “lost that loving feeling” then this blog is for you. My goal here is to encourage women in the fight to live a a balanced christian life, to bring life to those dry bones! I am by no means perfect, but God has called me to do this. I don’t know how that looks and where I will go from here, but I pray that my ramblings will encourage you in your walk with our savior.
